Crucible Fitness is a triathlon coaching company and coaching association. I was a CF associate triathlon coach from 2002 thru 2005 during which time we coached hundreds of athletes in accomplishing their goals across every distance in the sport… from sprint first timers to Ironman world championship competitors.
